Can I terminate my lease due to documented medical reasons?
I rented a residential property in Georgia, from February 2008. I love the place and all payments are current. But a car accident left me with the hip and back problems that are exacerbated by climbing stairs. My doctor has given instructions to avoid steps and is willing to provide written documentation. The problem is that the lease offers no option early termination fee.
Any information / advice is appreciated.
Unfortunately this is not a valid method for canceling your car leasing contract, but if you talk with the manager and explain the situation, they may feel bad about your situation and cut a break. The other option would be to locate someone who can move into the ownership and management is probably acceptable for it to discharge its obligations.

Is there a way to change your monthly payment on a car lease after signing the agreement?
I signed a lease for a car yesterday and another dealer called and offered me better monthly payment for the car exactly the same. Is there anyway for me to get the price with the dealership, my car? I know you have already signed the lease agreement, so the obvious answer is NO …… but I mean is that in ANY way around it? Somehow? I'll do anything …… I mean nothing!
